Studio oloro advised on the development of communication methods for co:census’ innovative flagship product – an ai-powered analytics software that helps urban planners centralize community feedback to design a better future.

following a brand evaluation and rework of core vision and values focused on equity and inclusivity, we collaborated to create personas for co:census’ primary audiences and define a tone of voice that would resonate most with those personas – rebellion, intention, and support.

in addition, we led a tone of voice workshop with the broader creative team to guide with the development of the communications work from an accessible and community-first lens.
